How I Manage My Loan To Get Rid Of The Debt In Hindi?

एकबार मैंने एक श्रीमंत और वृद्ध वडील से लोन के बारे में सलाह पूछी, तो वह सज्जन ने मुझे कहा, - "बेटा, लोन शब्द को बार बार बोलो तो तुम्हारे सवाल का जवाब खुद ब खुद मिल जाएगा। मैंने रटना चालू किया, "लोन.....लोन...लो...नलो...नलो...नलो।" और में समज गया की वह सज्जन की सलाह यह है की लोन या किसी भी प्रकार का कर्ज न लो, और ऐसा प्लानिंग करो के बिना कर्ज आपका काम हो। लेकिन बहुत देर हो चुकी थी, में तो लोन के दलदल में फंस चुका था, और उनसे आर्थिक मदद की आशा लेकर गया था लेकिन उनकी बाते सुन कर कुछ कहने की हिम्मत जूटा न पाया और ऐसे ही घर लौट आया। खैर, कुछ सालो में मैंने बहुत जहेमत उठाकर लोन के कर्ज से मुक्ति पाली।
मैंने लोन चुकाने के लिए क्या किया?
सब से पहले मैंने एक किस्त के बराबर की राशि बेंक मे एडवांस जमा रखी ताकि कभी कोई किस्त चूक न जाऊ। अगर आप बेंक की एक भी किस्त चुक गए तो आपकी हालत ऐसी हो जाएगी जैसे मकड़ी के जाल मे फंसी मक्खी। उसकी लैट फी, सरचार्ज, सर्विस चार्ज (भगवान जाने क्या सर्विस देते है सो इतना भारी चार्ज लगाते है)और आखिर में कुल्हाड़ी के प्रहार जैसा जीएसटी। ऐसा चक्कर चलेगा की जब दुसरी किस्त भरने का समय आयेगा तब मालुम पड़ेगा की सब कुछ चुकाने के बावजूद कुछ भुगतान बाकी रह गया है, भले ही वह मामूली हो लेकिन वह राशि पहले कटेगी, और फिर से तुम्हारी किस्त बाकी रह जाएगी। क्यों कि आपने तो गिन गिन कर किस्त की राशि के बराबर ही जमा किया होता है। इस लिए एक किस्त के बराबर या कुछ ज्यादा राशि(डेढ़ गुना उपयुक्त होगा) राशि पहले से ही बेंक मे जमा रखना अच्छा उपाय है। यह बचाव है।

दूसरा काम यह किया की मैंने अपनी आमदनी बढ़ाने की कोशिश की। पार्ट टाइम काम ढूंढा, और न मिला तो घर पे काम चालु किया। इसके लिए मैंने अपनी स्किल को बढ़ाया। सिलाईकाम शीख लिया और घर पर ग्राहक के वस्त्र का सिलाइकाम चालु किया।

मेरे मकान का एक हिस्सा किराये पर दिया।
मेरी पत्नी ने कढ़ाई - बुनाई का काम सीख लिया और कमाना चालु किया।
लड़के-लड़की पढ़ रहे थे लेकिन वे भी छुट्टीओ के दिन कुछ खाद्य प्रदार्थ की बिक्री करते थे।
हमने लोन की किस्त के अलावा कुछ अधिक राशि बेंक मे रिकरिंग एकाउंट बनाकर डिपोझिट करना चालू किया।

मेरी पगार से प्रोविडन्ट फंड की कटौती बढ़ा दी।
हालांकि कम आमदनी के कारण तकलीफ बहुत होती थी लेकिन करकसर से सभी कामकाज निभाए। त्योहार, शादी वगैरह के खर्च कम किये। हमने लोग क्या कहेंगे वह सोचना छोड़ दिया।
मेने फायनांस कंपनी से लोन लिया था जो मैंने राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक में ट्रांसफर किया। इसके कारन मुझे व्याज की कटौती में अच्छा फ़ायदा हुआ।
हमने शर्म छोड़ कर मित्रो और संबधीओं से उधार लिया जो व्याज बगैर की राशि थी।
कुछ ही वर्षो में (लगभग पांच वर्ष में) बहुत सी राशि जमा होने पर बैंक के साथ हिसाब (सेटलमेन्ट) कर के लोन का पूरा भुगतान किया जिसमे बैंक ने अच्छा सा डिस्काऊंट दिया.
धीरे धीरे सभी मित्रो-सम्बधियो का कर्ज भी अदा किया.
मैंने सिलाईकाम के साथ साथ कपड़ा और तैयार ड्रेस बेचना चालु किया और जल्द ही हम आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम हो गए।

मुझे मेरे वडील और वयोवृद्ध सज्जन की यह सलाह याद रहेगी की 'लोन' का मतलब 'नलो'।मेरा अभिप्राय है की अपनी कार्य कुशलता बढ़ाओ, पुरे परिवार कुछ न कुछ काम करो, तकलीफ उठाकर भी बचत करो और सब से बड़ी बात हौसला रखो तो कर्ज से मुक्ति पाना असंभव नहीं है।
