An organization has been running since eight years in the Dindoli area of Surat city of Gujarat, which has become like the shade of a banyan tree for orphans and poor older people. Forty-four older men and 32 older women have found refuge here. They are well cared for and provided with nutritious food, neat clothing, and amenities. In addition, they undergo regular medical checkups and get better treatment for mentally or physically disabled members. In addition, about 100 older adults had reunited with their families.Just on the phone call for any helpless, the young volunteers come to fetch them to admit to the Ashram.

A minor accident with Anilbhai inspired him for a major social work:
Eight years ago, the bike of Mr. Anilbhai Bagle, living in the Dindoli area of Surat, collided with an 83-year-old woman. Anilbhai took the old lady home and arranged for her proper treatment. When Anilbhai found out that she was helpless and nobody in this world, he tried to take her to a good sanatorium for old age, but there was a long waiting list. Eventually, Anilbhai decided to set up an Ashram(orphanage) for the older people at his own expense, which could provide shelter to such helpless people. Today, his ministry has been going on uninterruptedly for eight years.
So far, there have been three dangerous waves of the corona, but the ashram residents have not had any physical problems, not even a cold.
Mr. Anilbhai says:
"My God is the helpless old people; I am their devotee."
"When I walk down the street, I see not big buildings but people lying on the sidewalk in helplessness and helplessness."

आठ साल पहले आज ही के दिन सूरत के डिंडोली इलाके में रहने वाले श्री अनिलभाई बंगले की बाइक 83 वर्षीय महिला से टकरा गई थी. अनिलभाई ने बुढ़िया को घर ले जाकर उसके उचित इलाज की व्यवस्था की। जब अनिलभाई को पता चला कि वह असहाय है और इस दुनिया में कोई नहीं है, तो उन्होंने उसे बुढ़ापे के लिए एक अच्छे सेनेटोरियम में ले जाने की कोशिश की, लेकिन एक लंबी प्रतीक्षा सूची थी। आखिरकार, अनिलभाई ने अपने खर्च पर वृद्ध लोगों के लिए एक आश्रम (अनाथालय) स्थापित करने का फैसला किया, जो ऐसे असहाय लोगों को आश्रय प्रदान कर सके। आज उनका मंत्रालय आठ साल से निर्बाध रूप से चल रहा है।
अब तक कोरोना की तीन खतरनाक लहरें आ चुकी हैं, लेकिन आश्रमवासियों को न तो कोई शारीरिक परेशानी हुई है, न ही सर्दी-जुकाम।
श्री अनिलभाई कहते हैं:
"मेरे भगवान असहाय बूढ़े लोग हैं, मैं उनका भक्त हूं।"
"जब मैं सड़क पर चलता हूं, तो मुझे बड़ी इमारतें नहीं दिखती हैं, लेकिन लोग असहाय और लाचारी में फुटपाथ पर पड़े रहते हैं।"
